Rule 34
Method of insuring
When insuring postal items, the following should be done:-
(1) Advance payment of postage and other charges for insurance should be made by postage stamp or franking.
(2) Each insured item must be sealed in a strong envelope or in a bag or box with an individual stamp of the same pattern with a clean lacquer of one color so that it cannot be opened without breaking the seal or leaving an intact or unclear mark. There should not be a mark of rupee money or a simple cross-cut line.
(3) The envelope, shell, box or bag should be black or any other type of resin without edges or any part of the inside should be visible from anywhere and should not be marked.
(4) The envelope, shell, box or package should be sealed and sealed, each joint should be stamped. If an item is to be sent in an envelope, the ends of the threads or the knots of the ribbons must be stamped.
(5) If there is a lot of space for the goods to be sent in an open box or package, every inch should be sealed with lacquer or glass so that the insured goods cannot be opened without the seal being opened or other clear signs being visible.
(6) The shell or box should be made of simple strong material and covered with strong paper or cloth. Such an envelope, shell, box or box should have enough space to stick and mark the label of the post office.
(7) In this way, the price to be insured should be written clearly in both figures and letters without any caremt or addition.
(8) The sender's name and address must be written on the left side of the front of the insured item and the addressee's name and address must be written on the right side without erasing or erasing.
